Lessons for beginners - nordic classic
Each Sunday and Wednesday special beginner – taster lessons 13:30 – 15:30
For ONLY € 28,00 including ski equipment - available in our rental shops
Continuous lessons Mo - Wed 9:45 – 12:15 or 13:30 – 16:00
 Half day lessons - 2 / 1/2 hrs daily starting also on
Montag and Wednesday 13:30 - 16:00 Uhr.
On request and depending on availability lessons in the morning possible.
Notice: in the afternoon the snow and thus the tracks are often softer -
very advantageous for beginners

Working on running without loosing too much energie due to perfect harmonised
and timed arm and leg movements.
Better utillisation of gliding phases
Perfectioning of changing tracks, inproving turns and slowing down (braking)

 half day - grouplessons for kids from 6 years of age
Meetingpoint at our special x-coutry training park.
Quick success due to our teaching methods.
The x-country park (Langlaufpark) is equiped with fairy dale figures for additionell entertainment.
Lesson times: every Sunday and Wednesday special beginners lessons 13:30 - 15:30 for only € 28,00 including equipment.
